This native Melan-A (27-35) nonapeptide is an immunodominant antigen from melanocyte/melanoma (Melan-A/MART) protein that is efficiently recognized by tumor-infiltrating lymphocytes (TILs) of melanoma patients . It has lower binding affinity and stability than the ELAGIGILTV analog.
