RMPEAAPPV is a linear peptidic epitope (epitope ID54934) studied as part of Cellular tumor antigen p53 from Homo sapiens (human) and Tupaia belangeri (common tree shrew) protein from Tupaia belangeri (common tree shrew). This epitope has been studied for immune reactivity, tested in T cell assays and MHC ligand assays. The peptide p53 65-73 (HLA-A*02:01) recognizes CD8 T cells, and can be used in the analysis of individual antigen-specific T cells.
