Description
FlowCHO is a serum-free, protein-free, animal component–free medium specifically designed for the long-term cultivation of CHO cells in perfusion bioreactors. It enables robust cell growth and viability over extended culture periods and supports the efficient production of recombinant proteins, viral vectors, and biometabolites.
The formulation contains ferric citrate, HEPES, and Pluronic™, which contribute to buffering stability, shear protection, and trace element supply under continuous processing conditions. FlowCHO is scalable, consistent, and suitable for regulated biomanufacturing workflows.
