Usage
This reagent is used to analyze cell cycle by flow cytometry. It is also used in conjunction with antibodies to study the expression of proteins during cell cycle. This reagent does not require dilution. Use 0.5 ml /test (1 x 10 6 cells) and incubate for 15 minutes at room temperature before analysis.
Contents
The reagent is suspended in a phosphate-buffered solution (pH 7.2) with 0.02% (w/v) sodium azide.
Preparation and Storage
Protect from light. Store at 4°C.

Caution
Sodium azide yields highly toxic hydrazoic acid under acidic conditions. Dilute azide compounds in running water before discarding to avoidaccumulation of potentially explosive deposits in plumbing.
