Polyscreen PVDF 转移膜
PolyScreen® PVDF 杂交转移膜是一种多微孔聚偏二氟乙烯膜，是用于蛋白质转移的常用硝酸纤维素膜的可行替代产品。PolyScreen 灵敏度很好，能检测低水平的蛋白质，并可减少暴露时间。它易于使用，而且在增加预润湿步骤后，可以适应大多数硝酸纤维素膜流程。PolyScreen 很灵活，能够使用标准封闭试剂（脱脂奶粉、酪蛋白、非离子表面活性剂或 BSA）及所有常见免疫染色、显色和化学发光基质。另外，PolyScreen 可以润湿，全膜制备方式一致，因此转移效率更高。

A microporous polyvinylidene difluoride membrane, PolyScreen is a viable alternative to commonly used nitrocellulose membranes for protein transfers. It offers superior durability, ease of use and protein retention. PolyScreen is ideal for use with PerkinElmer''s Western Lightning™ Chemiluminescence Reagents using the Geliance Imaging Systems or KODAK BioMax autoradiography films.
This versatile membrane can be used for protein staining (it''s compatible with commonly used stains and withstands high solvent concentrations in rapid destaining), immunoblotting, protein sequencing, and nitrosylation studies.
