Our SpectraPlates™ are transparent polystyrene plates that can be used for either top-reading or bottom-reading microplate readers and are suitable when microscopic visualization is required to check cells. These plates have a medium binding (MB) affinity and are specified for assays that do not require anchoring of cells or other reagents to the surface of the plate. High Binding (HB) treated plates allow passive, direct coating of antibodies, proteins, and other biomolecules using standard plate coating procedures.
